Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive assistant to work directly with the CEO and help keep a fast-growing technology company running smoothly. This role combines core administrative support with higher-level coordination and project work.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and simple media
  • Support recruiting and HR tasks, including candidate screening and onboarding coordination
  • Assist with light bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Conduct online research and summarize findings for decision-making
  • Communicate with partners, vendors, and customers as a professional representative of the company
  • Support website updates, social media scheduling, and light content editing
  • Take on special projects as needed (e.g., event planning, coordination, basic analysis)

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and workflows
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information

Nice to Have

  • Startup or tech company experience
  • Exposure to light bookkeeping, website updates, or basic data analysis
